We distribute food:
- Thursdays, 4 PM to 6 PM
- Saturdays, 10 AM to 12 PM
To receive food, present:
- A photo ID
AND - A bill or document with your Houston area address

Who is eligible?
Individuals living in all Houston area ZIP codes are eligible to receive food at the Pantry once every 30 days. Unhoused clients may visit the Pantry once a week. Clients are accepted and provided food regardless of citizenship, race, social or economic status, national origin, or religion.

In addition to pantry staples, fresh produce, bread and frozen meat, we:
- Provide diapers, baby formula and toddler food to families with young children
- Help clients address dietary or health restrictions by tailoring the foods they receive
- Support unhoused individuals and those without cooking facilities with shelf stable foods and other ready to eat items
Through our senior meals program, we serve a small number of homebound senior adults who live in specified low income housing communities and meet additional qualifications. Volunteers deliver frozen meals and other items to these individuals once a week.
