Extra hands are needed at our 5th Saturday Food Fair on March 30. Volunteers are needed from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and two shifts are available. We will distribute food from a Food Bank truck, help clients shop, and have fun together! You can sign up here.

The Pantry Celebrates New Beginnings! Terri Dougherty has been named Director of the HIM Food Pantry. Terri began working with the Pantry in 2015 when her son started volunteering.We cannot adequately express our thanks to outgoing Director Alice Bongers, who founded the Pantry in 2009 and has been at its helm since the beginning.

SPOTLIGHT: We appreciate our youth volunteers! Almost every volunteer shift at the pantry includes youth workers contributing their spare time to serve others. We are grateful for the creative talent, limitless energy and innovative ideas these young people bring to the pantry each week. We would like to highlight a few recent contributions from our youth volunteers this summer.
